This Privacy Policy applies to THEAPPS.ORG and all products operated by Contact Pals Incorporated ("we", "us", "our"), including those listed at this site. By using our products, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, subscribe to a service, or contact us:

• Name and email address
• Location (country, region) where provided
• Payment information — processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card numbers
• Profile content you create within our applications
• Communications you send to us

We also collect limited technical data automatically: IP addresses, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to operate and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve our applications and services
• To process payments and deliver subscription benefits
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices, cancellation confirmations)
• To respond to support requests and cancellation requests
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. Cancellation Requests

When you submit a cancellation request on this site, we record your email address and the product name in order to process your request and send you a confirmation. This record is retained for 12 months for billing dispute purposes, then deleted.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc. under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation of payment status but do not store full card or bank account details on our servers.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless you request earlier deletion. Cancellation request logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time — see Section 8.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your login state within our applications. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some application features require them to function.

7. Third-Party Services

Our products integrate with third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, NVIDIA AI (NIM), and ElevenLabs. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To request deletion of all your personal data across Contact Pals Incorporated products:

• Use the Delete My Data form on this site, or
• Email corporate@contactpals.org with subject "Data Deletion Request"

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
